You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor can you translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Kids Story App.

Kids Story App is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

The Kids Story App does not store or process personal data that you provide. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this could make your device vulnerable to malware and may prevent the app from working properly.

The app may use third-party services but does not collect any personal data from you or your child.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Kids Story App includes content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) based on user inputs. While we strive to ensure the content is creative, fun, and appropriate for children, the stories are automatically generated and may occasionally produce unexpected or unintended results.

By using the app, you acknowledge and accept that AI-generated content is automated and may not always reflect human judgment. Kids Story App is not liable for any unintended, offensive, or inappropriate content produced by the AI system. Users and guardians are encouraged to supervise content and report any issues to us.

Internet Access and Connectivity

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. This can be Wi-Fi or mobile data. Kids Story App is not responsible for the app not functioning at full capacity if you do not have a Wi-Fi connection or have exhausted your data plan.

If you use the app outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider’s terms and charges may apply. You are responsible for any such charges, including roaming fees. If you are not the bill payer, we assume you have received permission to use the app from the bill payer.

Device Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your device charged and in working order. Kids Story App is not liable for issues caused by low battery or device malfunctions.

You agree not to submit any inappropriate, offensive, or personally identifiable information when interacting with the AI features of the app. Any misuse may result in termination of access to those features.

Accuracy and Availability

While we strive to keep the app updated and accurate, we rely on third-party sources. Kids Story App is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the reliance on app functionality.

Subscriptions and Payments

Users may subscribe monthly or annually to access our stories. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically each month, and annual subscriptions are billed once per year.

To cancel a subscription on iOS:
– Go to Settings
– Tap your Apple ID > View Apple ID
– Tap “Subscriptions”
– Select the subscription and tap “Unsubscribe”

To cancel a subscription on Android:
– Open the Google Play Store
– Tap Menu > Subscriptions
– Select the subscription and tap “Unsubscribe”

App Updates & Termination

We may update the app from time to time. The app is currently available on Android and iOS. We do not guarantee that updates will support all older devices or OS versions. We may also stop providing the app at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the app will end and you must delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use occasionally. Please check this page regularly. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted on this page.
